These are the vendors that help us run Printwhisk and may process your data on our behalf. We share only what each one needs, and we'll update this list before adding a new one.
Payment processing for wallet top-ups and guest charges
Data shared: Email, billing details, and payment metadata. Stripe handles your card; we never see the full number.
Printing and USPS mailing of your letters
Data shared: The document PDF and the sender/recipient name and address.
Encrypted storage of uploaded documents
Data shared: The document PDF, encrypted at rest (AES-256).
Application hosting and PostgreSQL database
Data shared: Account, address, job, and wallet data at rest.
Sending sign-in links, receipts, and status notifications
Data shared: Your email address and the contents of the message.
We operate from the United States. Our print partner is based in Canada and may process the document and address there in order to print and mail your letter, under appropriate contractual protections. See our Privacy Policy for more.
