You get a free cancellation window (currently 10 minutes) before a letter is sent to print. After that, the charge stands — all sales are final.
We don't do voluntary refunds. The only time money comes back is when we charged you and then failed to mail the letter.
When you print, the job is held for a short window (currently 10 minutes) before it is forwarded to our print partner. During that window you can cancel for free, and nothing is charged or mailed. Once the window ends and the letter is forwarded, it is on its way and the charge is final.
We do not offer voluntary refunds. Wallet top-ups are prepaid for postage: they are not redeemable for cash and not refundable to your card, and they do not expire, except where a refund or cash redemption is required by applicable law. Completed and in-transit letters are not refundable except as described below.
We make it right whenever we fail to deliver a letter you paid for:
We do not refund jobs cancelled for violating our Acceptable Use Policy, delays caused by USPS or events outside our control, or addressing errors in the address you provided.
Wallet credit never expires, so it stays available for future letters. Because it cannot be cashed out, an account that still holds a balance can't be deleted through self-service — email hello@printwhisk.com and we'll help you wind it down.
If you have a problem with a charge, contact us first — it is faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback for a letter we delivered may result in your account being suspended while we resolve it, and the disputed amount being deducted from your balance.
