Copyright & DMCA Policy

Effective June 22, 2026 · Operated by Deep Thought Technologies Inc.

In plain English

Printwhisk is a print-to-self service, so you mail documents to your own address. If you believe someone used us to infringe your copyright, send our agent a takedown notice and we'll act on it.

We respond to valid notices and counter-notices under the DMCA, and we terminate repeat infringers.

1. Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe content processed through Printwhisk infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Designated agent

DMCA Agent, Deep Thought Technologies Inc.
257 E Woodland Rd, New Milford, NJ 07646

3. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice with your signature, identification of the material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

4. Repeat infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content and cancel jobs in response to valid notices.

5. Misuse

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Questions: dmca@printwhisk.com.
