You can ask for a copy of your data, fix it, or delete it. You can delete your account yourself in the app, or email us and we'll handle it.

We verify it's really you first, and we never sell your data.

1. What you can request

  • Access / export — a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction — fix inaccurate information, such as your email or address.
  • Deletion — delete your account and associated personal information.

2. How to make a request

The fastest path for deletion is in the app: closing your account starts the deletion process automatically. For any request, you can also email privacy@printwhisk.com from the address on your account. If your account still holds a wallet balance, email us and we'll help you wind it down first, since credit can't be cashed out.

3. Verification and timing

To protect your data, we verify that a request actually comes from you before acting on it. We aim to respond within 30 days. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows; we may still need to verify the request.

4. What happens when you delete

When you delete your account, we remove your documents and scrub personal information such as your address on our standard schedule (about 30 days for residual personal data). We retain a minimal transaction ledger indefinitely for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. We don't sell your data

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. California residents and others with statutory privacy rights can exercise them through the channels above without being treated differently for doing so.
