Per letter. No subscription. Balance never expires.
Black & white by default. Choose color per job — it's billed per page since that's how the print partner prices it. Double-sided is the default and counts 2 pages per sheet, so it saves money on longer documents.
About 13¢ per page after the first letter. Color adds $0.30 per page.

Pre-load a balance. Optional auto-reload tops up your card automatically when you run low — so it's hands-off but still the cheapest per letter.

Link a card and we charge it each time you send. A small $0.40 per-letter fee covers card processing — no balance to manage.

We don't offer one. The wallet preload gives most of the same benefit — better per-letter price, no per-job card charge — without locking you in.
A standard envelope holds about 6 sheets (~12 pages double-sided). Past that, the post office needs a bigger envelope, which costs more. We'll offer to split it into a few normal letters instead — usually cheaper — or send it as one large envelope, your call.
A letter that doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged or wrong on our end, gets made right — we re-mail it free or credit the job back to your wallet. Wallet credit is prepaid for postage and isn't cashed back out, but it never expires, so it's there whenever you send your next letter. See the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.
